Shows went really well! Huge thanks to Joel from Colossal Abyss in Wilmington for setting up such an awesome death metal convention. It was a 2-day event with what seemed like double the turnout from when we played this last year! Progress is excellent.
We're just keeping a low profile, catching shows, writing, practicing and getting ready for some shows next week. Aug 7th in Johnson City TN with bros Cemetery Filth and Aug 8th in Atlanta GA for A. Rippin' Productions birthday bash with numerous excellent band including Sadistic Ritual, Cain, Marrow of Earth and THRASH OR DIE. See you fuckers down the road. This Thursday we'll be playing with our friends in Repaid in Blood again at the Maywood in Raleigh. In Death - Australian death metallers will also be joining in on the fun as they're on tour with Repaid. This show should be a good time. It marks 1 year since we solidified our lineup and presented our music to the world. So that's pretty cool.
And this Saturday we'll be storming Wilmington to play the 2nd annual Death Metal Convention with a bunch of our friends. This is going to be a super intense and fun show so if you're in the area, come on out. If not, drive on out and come party with us! Lastly, we also added a Youtube Channel tab to the left. Joseph will be heading this area with the goal of documenting the local metal scene through live shows with decent footage vs. all the shitty cellphone cameras. It's a lot of work extra on top of everything, so check back periodically. New bands will be added when possible! We have some really cool southeastern shows coming up. Next Thursday we'll be playing with our bros in Repaid in Blood and Australians In Death down at the Maywood, then packing up for the Death Metal Convention down in Wilmington for Saturday! That should be a blast. Shortly after we'll be back to Atlanta to thrash out with Cain, Marrow of Earth and fellow maniacs, Sadistic Ritual. A little break and then another Raleigh pounding with thrash/death band Genocide Pact. Then back to Chapel Hill with our friends in Sonic Pulse and American Empire for a more power/thrash kind of show.
Okay okay, the big news. We'll be playing with Toxic Holocaust Sept. 14th at the Local 506 in Chapel Hill! We are beyond stoked as they're definitely one of our favorite going bands at the moment. So, plenty of metal attack over the next few months here while we wait for our record to finish up in the post-production phase. Come on out to one or all of the shows! They're all unique in their own styles and should sufficiently melt your faces. 7/23 - The Maywood - Raleigh NC
![]() Over the last week we rounded up our first album! Joseph laid down all of the final solos and Aaron finished up the title track. This album is quite immense, like we probably should have kept a few tracks for the next project.. but fuck that! It'll be 12 tracks / 49 minutes (with no lame intro/outro tracks). We feel really good about the material and we don't believe any of these tracks count even close to being filler. We put forth the effort to make our own Bonded By Blood. This record has huge amounts of influence from American to German thrash, to death metal/black metal, and a dash of punk. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it. It looks like it'll be on the back burner a little bit. Joel Grind from Toxic Holocaust will be taking care of the mixing/mastered for us but we missed the deadline before he left for tour. So early August he'll get started on that. We have several shows coming up! Raleigh, Wilmington, Chapel Hill, and Atlanta! Go check out our Tourdates tab to the left and catch us some place. Oh and lastly, we recorded this bonus track which we'll just be releasing for free, now! Check out the Youtube link below and our bandcamp for a direct download. That's also on the tab to the left <---------- Well that was a really rad experience. Huge thanks to everyone who made it out! We cannot wait to do this again (and at a much larger scale)! We're back at home and back to the grind. I think we got in at 6am after the Golden Pony show and Brandon and Joseph both went to work that say day. Fucken terrible. We have been catching some rad shows locally in the meantime. Such as the Demon Eye release party, which was pretty sweet. They're like a modern Deep Purple, but with their own twist. The record is coming along nicely though! We just finished up all of the vocals. Now it's just up to Joseph to lay out a couple more solos so we can send this bastard on it's way to mixing/mastering!
